Youth & Kids Training
Starting healthy habits early can make a lifelong difference for youth and teens. Whether it's improving body image, building confidence, or simply learning how to move well, training at a young age sets a strong foundation. Chris is passionate about making fitness fun and engaging, drawing from his experience leading youth group training at the YMCA and working out with his own kids. With a focus on proper form and safety, we teach kids how to move with confidence, develop strength, and enjoy being active skills that empower them inside and out.
